You can get involved at your child's school—it will help you keep up-to-date with what is going on at the school, and help build positive relationships between you and the school community.
Volunteering at school
We welcome all our community to assist with areas within our school. Children love to see family members volunteering at their school. All volunteers must complete the following survey either at the school or online here:

Then return the below declaration form to our administration office or email this back to our P & C at pandc@griffinss.eq.edu.au

- Excursions
- Mothers' and Fathers' day stalls
- Disco evenings and preparation

- Helping out at community catch up with BBQ, cooking for stalls

- Christmas carnival and other school events.

Blue card
The blue card is a system for monitoring a person's suitability for working with children. Volunteers at schools must hold a blue card before starting, unless they are parents of a child at the school.
